SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Where do you ship to?

We do ship worldwide. But in case your country is not reached by our courier, we will inform you right away to make necessary changes to your order or refund your order in full. We do not ship to Russia and Ukraine currently.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide. Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

How long does shipping take for US orders?

Once your order ships from one of our warehouses, most items are delivered to the customer within 3 - 10 days after the item ships.

 

Can I ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address?

Yes, definitely! During the checkout process you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.

 

How do I track my order?

Tracking will be available 1-2 days after your order. Please do reach out to our support team if you haven’t received yours after 3 days by contacting support.

How do I place an order?

Please, if your item comes in different sizes or colors, carefully choose your correct size or color choice before clicking "Add to Cart". You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.

 

When will I get my order?

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Restassured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our team with tracking details to track your order.

 

What if I need to modify the contents of my order?

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal payments.

 

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process. Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours after an order is placed. Please reach out to our support team immediately if you have to cancel your order for any reason. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

The Neighborhood Online Store partners with various manufacturers from all over the world. We collaborate with both small and giant producers to bring you the highest quality products. Our reliable partners are located in the US, Europe, China, Japan, and many other countries.

 

What if there are missing items or products arrived incorrectly?

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at hello@theneighborhoodonlinestore.com Please quote your order number (Order #) and provide us with proof. We understand emailing photos or videos is less convenient nowadays. You can always message us and send us the photo/video via Facebook or Instagram for faster response.
